Client in Kingwood Texas is seeking a highly energetic Staffing Business Development Manager to partner with a dynamic and collaborative inside sales team to manage the client acquisition and retention process.

Principal functions:
• Develop new business leads and associations
• Discover and seek out decision makers, gatekeepers etc.
• Sell services to prospective clients
• Fill client requirements with qualified candidates
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
• Drive significant growth in marketing to new clients by achieving/exceeding individual quotas

Daily assigned duties:
• Make daily sales calls from the warm Leads that are provided on a daily basis
• Achieve the Minimum Daily Behavior (MDB) Targets
• Attend the daily Job Order Strategy meetings
* Team up with Staffing Managers recruiting for the Jobs
• Qualify candidates presented by Staffing Managers
• Present qualified candidates to Clients
• Achieve placement budgets in a manner profitable to both TLI and Client
• Update database
• Support and contribute to the Company’s objectives

Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly duties:
• Monitor personal sales cycle progress
• Attend weekly Production and Marketing Meetings
• Attend the ongoing Sandler Training Sessions

Other assigned duties:
• Foster strategic partnerships with Existing Clients, Consultants, and new Candidates
• Stay in touch with the latest market sales/prospecting trends
