Assist with management and support of the initiative
Primary Job Functions:
Act as the receptionist and administrator
Managing inventory research tools parts and assets
Conduct intakes for potential Vendors
Manage client documents and files Accounting and Inventory documents
Provide backup support to help recruit, register and on-board new employees
Coordinate support for office equipment, restocking supplies, and facilities supports
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, etc.
Prepare and submit expense monthly expense budget
Schedule and participate in departmental and other meetings as directed
Compile and enter data for special projects
Handle printing, copying, and distribution of documents as directed
Process requisitions and invoices Provide assistance in other areas as needed
