Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to juggle requests from multiple Recruitment Managers and stakeholders in a timely and respectful fashion. Ability to learn new processes quickly and execute all administrative responsibilities of the processes.
Provide various administrative support for University Recruitment Managers. Coordinate recruitment schedules and on-campus recruiting activities across the different campus recruiting teams supporting Early Talent Program in multiple Client businesses. Register for campus events, provide logistical support for career fairs and on-campus events. Post Early Talent job on campus job boards. Manage the logistics related to Client on-site events hosted for students and educators, including activities related to the Intern & Co-op Program. Work with Recruiters to support the candidate offer process and respond to candidate questions as needed. Assist with HR Remedy cases management for all University Recruitment hires. Partner with University Recruitment Managers in planning, coordinating, assisting, and executing Assessment Centers. Coordinate candidate travels and all logistics related to assessment centers for Early Talent Programs. Manage recruiting expenses to ensure appropriate accounting including updating Team finance tracker. Manage all University branding material and inventory; handle all shipping logistics, purchase giveaways, collaterals and recruitment materials.
