    In 1984, setting aside a lucrative career at a Fortune 500 firm, Siva ventured on his own to his leadership, he was selected as E&Y’s Regional Entrepreneur of the Year in High Tech & Telecomm. Under his able aegis Talent Logic has been the winner of numerous awards including; Houston100, Inc.500 and HMBC’s Emerging-10. Having coached hundreds in the art of clinching that dream job, in his 30 plus years in the staffing industry, he now positively impacts job seekers through his book, ‘The How to Interview Guide’.

    • Chief Financial Officer – Aswin Penukonda

      Since his arrival at Talent Logic in 1993, Aswin has fully automated Talent Logic’s accounting functions, established positive relationships with financial institutions necessary for Talent Logic’s expansion and provided guidance and strategic financial planning to the executive management team. He heads the seasoned back office support team including payroll and accounting.

    • Director of Marketing and National Accounts – Hilda M. Roper

      As Talent Logic’s Primary Point of Contact (POC) for all the National Accounts serviced by Talent Logic, Hilda is able to ensure the utmost level of customer compliance and satisfaction. Responsible for the review of both new, and renewal contracts, Hilda is able to incorporate the customers’ Service Level Agreements (SLAs) directly into Talent Logic’s Quality Management System. Hilda is also responsible for the sales and marketing endeavor of the company and leads the Talent Logic sales team towards growth and success.

    • Director of Operations – Pat Penukonda

      Pat Penukonda started her career with Talent Logic in 1994. At Talent Logic, Pat has held numerous responsibilities and helped shape the company’s growth in different areas. In her present role, she is responsible for implementation of all projects targeting revenue development including; strategic planning, major client bids/RFPs, advertising, public relations and all employee related processes.

    • Staffing Directors

      Distributed all over the US, each of Talent Logic’s Staffing Directors typically has over 7-10 years of experience in the professional services industry. They bring with them recruiting expertise, account management experience, and leadership knowledge to guide their regional teams of Staffing Managers and Service Coordinators towards achieving company goals. The primary responsibility of the Staffing Directors is to ensure that they and their teams ultimately satisfy the ever changing needs of Talent Logic’s clients and at the same time expanding our services to newer business verticals.
